A family, an Aussie, and one rule.
We're a small family homestead. Our whole thing: whatever is in the bag has to be the exact ingredient on the label. Nothing else. Not a preservative, not a glycerin, not a "natural flavor."
Why single-ingredient
We started with our own dog, Asiago. Every treat bag we picked up in the store had 8-15 things in it — half of them we couldn't pronounce. So we started making our own: chicken feet slow-dried in the oven. Beef lung. Trachea. Nothing else.
Turns out, that's what a dog actually wants. Not a "chicken-flavored" cookie. The chicken.
Where the meat comes from
We buy beef byproducts from small butchers — the parts of the animal most people never see. Instead of going to waste, they get dehydrated low and slow in our kitchen and packaged as single-ingredient dog treats and chews. Our chicken feet come from trusted suppliers and get the same slow-dry treatment.

Our mini Australian shepherd. Chief taste tester. If it doesn't earn the full-body wag, it doesn't go on the site. He's a tough critic — you're welcome.
What's next
More single-ingredient chews. Every new product we add has to pass the same rule: the ingredient on the label is the only thing in the bag. We're testing new proteins and new cuts right now — sourcing from the same small butchers, dehydrating the same slow way, and letting Asiago decide what earns a spot on the shelf. If it can't be one ingredient, it doesn't make the cut.
